Q4 Year in Review: Executive Narrative

For Q4, the focus shifted toward a more narrative-driven approach, using a themed visual language to frame the company’s performance, strategy, and future direction.

Live Environment

Designed for both in-room and global livestream audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement across formats.

From System to Story

Earlier in the year, I developed a modular template system to bring consistency and structure to town hall communications.

As leadership direction evolved, the work shifted toward a more narrative-driven approach, requiring a different visual language while maintaining clarity and alignment.

Building the System

The template system was designed to create a consistent foundation for communication across multiple town halls, ensuring clarity, speed, and scalability. I defined structure, hierarchy, and pacing across presentations, enabling teams to build consistent, high-quality decks across quarters.

The following visual narrative shaped each town hall:

  • Title slide

  • Agenda

  • Section dividers

  • Data slide

  • Narrative slide

  • Product slide

System in Practice

The system was applied across Q1 content, supporting a wide range of communication needs from strategy to product storytelling.
