Kargo’s brand needed to remain consistent while adapting to industries with fundamentally different expectations, from technical telecom to highly regulated pharma.


Approach:

I built a modular system that balanced consistency with flexibility, grounding design decisions in both brand principles and business needs.

Outcome:

A scalable design system that improved speed, clarity, and consistency across high-value partnership work.

System in Practice

The system was applied across a range of high-value, client-facing materials, enabling teams to move from pitch to follow-up with clear, consistent communication. Each output was designed not just as a standalone asset, but as part of a broader ecosystem that supported sales, partnership development, and long-term client relationships.

High-Stakes Partnerships

I applied the system across partnership materials, adapting it to different clients without losing consistency.

The Verizon Creative Menu acted as a comprehensive leave-behind, outlining product offerings, best practices, competitor examples, and custom targeting recommendations.

For MGM, the one-sheet focused on reinforcing the value of a preferred partnership, combining performance insights with a more elevated, brand-forward approach.

Regulated & Complex Systems

For regulated industries, I developed one-sheet templates designed for clarity within strict constraints.

These templates prioritized structure and readability, ensuring complex information could be communicated clearly while meeting compliance requirements.

Across Touchpoints

The system extended across client and internal communication.

Email templates supported campaign recaps, internal recognition, and sales outreach, while social content and pitch decks reinforced consistency across formats.

Scaling & Outcome

I developed modular templates that allowed teams to quickly tailor materials by industry, product, and client.

This included 6+ pitch deck variations with industry-specific content, ad examples, and flexible co-branding, enabling fast, scalable customization.

Resulting in a flexible system that scaled across Kargo’s ecosystem, improving speed, clarity, and consistency.
