Unified Customer Risk Management Roadmap
Product storytelling, information design, visual systems
I translated a complex system into a structured story that made it easier to understand, communicate, and act on.

Scope
Roadshow deck for leadership and cross-functional teams
Narrative restructuring of existing technical content
Information design system for repeatable future use
Challenge:
A new tool needed to be introduced through a roadshow, but the concept was difficult to explain. Existing materials were dense, abstract, and overly technical, making it hard for non-technical audiences to quickly understand how the system worked or why it mattered.
Approach:
I simplified the narrative and built a structured visual framework to explain the system through clear, repeatable patterns. Using hierarchy, diagrams, and progressive disclosure, I translated abstract concepts into a story that was easier to follow, present, and discuss across audiences.
Impact:
The deck made the tool easier to understand and communicate across the roadshow, supporting clearer conversations and stronger alignment across teams. It also established a repeatable model for explaining similarly complex initiatives in future materials.
Initial Deck
The existing materials made the system difficult to understand quickly, especially for non-technical audiences.
Information was fragmented across teams and slides
Relationships between inputs were unclear
The system’s logic and value were buried in dense, abstract content
No clear narrative structure to guide the presentation
Final Concept
I rebuilt the deck into a clear, structured narrative designed for fast understanding and alignment across teams.
Reframed the story around a clear shift from fragmented to unified, making the problem and outcome immediately legible
Organized inputs into visual groupings, reducing cognitive load while preserving the system’s logic
Introduced a central model to show how data flows through the system and informs decisions
Used progressive disclosure and animation to guide understanding step by step without overwhelming the audience
The result made the system easier to understand, present, and align around across teams.
