Challenge:

Equip parents, coaches, and trusted adults with tools to talk to young people about gambling, including risks, warning signs, and proxy betting, while communicating sensitive information in a way that feels credible, approachable, and responsible across stakeholders and external voices.


Approach:

Led with content first, translating expert guidance and lived experiences into a clear, human-centered system built around education and trust. The visual identity was intentionally simple and restrained, avoiding anything that felt overly designed or like traditional FanDuel marketing, so the initiative could stand on its own as a credible, educational resource.


Impact:

A unified, external-facing platform that makes responsible gaming more accessible while reinforcing trust and accountability with customers and stakeholders.
